Here is a delicious recipe for you to enjoy:
Callaway Chicken Salad Supreme 1 cup Mayo 1 cup sour cream 1 packet PC Chipotle Ranch seasoning mix (or about 3 tbsp whatever seasoning you like) 1 green & 1 red apple, diced 4 cups chopped cooked chicken 1/4 cup sliced celery 1/4 cup sliced green onions 2 apples, diced quartered grapes as desired 1 small can of pineapple tidbits Combine all ingredients in large-bowl. Mix well; cover; refrigerate 1 hr. Serve over crisp salad greens or on sandwich bread. |
